How do I shop your site?
We sell 5 main products on our site:

- Custom cornices
- Custom swags and jabots
- Cut yardag
You may choose any of these products and then choose a design style that suits your decorating style.
Unlike other retailers, ALL of our fabrics are available with every product.
Can I get a fabric swatch?
Ordering swatches is quick and easy! Just click on the “order swatches” button on our homepage.
Swatches are free. Swatches are mailed first class and are processed within 1 working day. If you
want to coordinate your fabric with a distinct color in your room or you want to feel the texture, we
recommend you order a fabric swatch. Computer screens can distort and cause variations in the
colors.
All of our fabrics are proprietary so you will only find them on our site.
Can I buy fabric by the yard?
Yes. All of the exclusive fabrics featured on QuickDrapes.com may be purchased in yard cuts. The
width of the bolt is indicated underneath each of the fabric swatches on our site. Cut yardage is not
returnable once it is cut off the bolt for you unless there is a defect.
What if my fabric is out of stock (backordered)?
If your fabric is out of stock, we will notify you. If you would prefer to reselect or cancel your order
you may do so.
What do you mean by dye lots?
All of the dye for an individual batch of fabric is mixed at once. As individual batches are mixed the
fabric color can vary slightly from one production run to the next. Variations are kept within industry
established standards and are minimal. It is best to purchase all products in one fabric line at the
same time to ensure your matching items are exact.
How do I clean my custom products?
Cleaning instructions are sent with your order. We always recommend having your products
professionally cleaned.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All fabricated products are custom made to your specifications. Normal production time for all of our
products is 21 working days. Holidays and seasonal peak times may affect normal production
scheduled slightly.
Cut fabric yardage generally arrives within 10 working days from the date of order.
How do I check my order status?
The time from order to shipping will vary by product. Our normal production time for all of our
products is 21 working days. 48 working hours after your order is processed, we will notify you of an
approximate ship date. If you do not have your product in the allotted production time, please contact
us and we will check the status.
How can I pay for my products?
The easiest way to pay is to use our convenient credit card payment system. We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We employ the latest processing system software to
ensure the safe transmission of your data and credit card information. If you would like to pay by
check or money order, please contact us. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies
when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We also have appropriate
security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have
collected from you at our site.
What is our pricing policy?
Our policy is to provide quality products with fair prices in a reasonable time frame. You will generally
find that we beat other custom retail prices by as much as 50%.
How soon will you respond to my emails?
Good customer service is a priority with us. Your questions are important to us and we always try to
respond as quickly as we can. Our goal is to answer all email questions during the same day they are
received. If our customer service phone lines are busy, we will call you back as soon as possible.
