Shipping
We provide free shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes. Should you order a cornice that exceeds more than 96” in width, there is an additional $60.00 surcharge. If you would have a special shipping requirement; we are happy to accommodate your request wherever possible.
Some products are sent directly from one of our trustworthy suppliers. If you have ordered different products; they may arrives on separate dates.
Order Cancellation
Since QuickDrapes.com custom drapes are made to your exact specifications, they cannot be changed, cancelled or returned for any reason other than warranty repair once an order has been placed.
Inspection of Merchandise
QuickDrapes.com stand behind the quality of our work 100%. Inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive your order and notify Quickdrapes.com immediately if the merchandise has been damaged during the shipping process. Also, please check to make sure the products received are exactly the same as you ordered. If you notify QuickDrapes.com that the merchandise has been damaged during the shipping process or made incorrectly within 10 days of the date that the merchandise was delivered to you, QuickDrapes.com will have the damaged merchandise either repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you do not notify QuickDrapes.com that the merchandise has been damaged or made incorrectly within this 10 day period, Quickdrapes.com will not repair or replace the merchandise. We reserve the right to request the return of all damaged or incorrect merchandise prior to replacing it. Sorry, but we cannot accept any products with any indication that the item has been used in any manner. These include stains, smudges, tears, or dirt and other such signs of use. In such cases, the products cannot be accepted for replacement. A return authorization number must be issued by our customer service department, regardless of the reason before a product or cut yardage can be returned.
Color Accuracy
Although we do our best to make sure that the colors printed on our web site are accurate, actual colors may vary. In addition, subtle color differences and textures may not be fully appreciated on some computers due to differences in monitors and/or display cards. Since all our products are custom made and cannot be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. If an exact color match is required, then please request a sample from our swatch service before placing your order. Once you receive your sample, keep in mind that all samples may still have minimal color and texture variations as stated by the manufacturers. We believe in getting your order as accurate as possible to make your purchase experience a pleasant one. |
Material back Lighting
“Back lighting” occurs when light filters in through translucent fabrics from outside. The illustrations on our site to not show you the effect of back lighting. It can soften colors and highlight fabric textures. If you would like to see how back lighting affects the color or texture of a particular material, request a sample from us, and after you have received it, hold the swatch sample up to your windows.

Product Warranty
QuickDrapes.com offers a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship so long as the product is measured and installed and cleaned according to product instructions. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed, simply e-mail using the contact link or call us and we will expedite a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
Sales Tax
Any order shipped within the State of Florida where QuickDrapes.com is located will be required to pay 7% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of Florida, do not have to pay Florida State sales tax. |
